We are delighted to welcome Sue to The Psychology Space at the beginning of 2024. Sue is a very warm, caring, and calming person. She is a psychologist with extensive experience in healthcare including as a registered nurse in palliative care. Sue’s area of interest is assisting adults as they navigate the impact of life experiences on their mental health, including those living with anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. She works collaboratively to find the best outcomes for your life and relationships.

Sue has vast experience in supporting people as they work through times of grief, loss, and life transitions. She brings a depth of knowledge related to supporting people living with a life-limiting diagnosis, and navigating end-of-life experiences.

Her compassionate and empathetic approach allows her to establish a strong rapport with people, creating a safe and non-judgmental space to explore the context you find yourself in, your thoughts, emotions, and responses.

Sue works holistically, using evidence-based principles to personalise treatment most suited to you. She uses narrative and existential approaches, along with practices of mindfulness.
